Thomas J. Hoff has been providing personalized landscape architecture services to customers in the Towson, Maryland, area since 1992. Inspired by the work of other landscape architects, Thomas started in this industry with two other partners in 1982. Then he started another company with one partner in 1987 before branching out on his own five years later. Today, as a solo practitioner, Thomas never delegates but handles everything on your project personally.
